During the 2009 Season we will be constructing
a new banquet room addition to our existing clubhouse. We will be able to accommodate up to 144 guests for sit down
inside meal service up to June 30th/09. After June 30th/09 our sit down inside meal service will accommodate up to 60
guests. Outside lunch service will still be available all season long for up to 144 guests.
1. Shotgun Golf Tournament (Includes Golf & Carts for up to 144 people):

The shotgun fee for golf & carts includes all applicable taxes. Meal prices are in
addition to the shotgun fee. A shotgun tournament is when all golfers, a maximum of 144 people, tee-off on every hole
on the golf course. This enables golfers to finish their game around the same time & then everyone can enjoy lunch
or dinner together afterwards.
Included in Shotgun
Tournaments:
- Registration table for check-in
- Millcroft staff will place any sponser signs on the course and collect them afterwards (please
advise at least one day in advance if you will have signs)
- Closet
to the pin and longest drive markers provided
- Powercarts labeled
with golfers' names and/or company name
- Golfers will be
greeted by Millcroft staff and clubs will be placed on assigned carts
- Change
rooms, showers, towels and lockers available for use.
- Scoring
provided by Pro Shop for scrambles
- Drink tickets for food &
beverage is required
