The golf club has a high rate of returning staff each season, therefore our need to hire new staff can sometimes be very minimal.  If we have any available positions, they would be for:  grounds maintenance/landscaping, the pro shop, the back shop (cleaning & fueling carts, etc.), snack/bbq hut, or starters/marshals (volunteers/golf).  In the month of January/February we will confirm with previous years’ staff as to who will be returning.  At the end of February/beginning of March we will determine what new staff we may need and contact individuals for an interview.  If you are interested in working at Millcroft, please draft an email, make note in the subject line which department you wish to be considered for (listed and bolded in black above), and attach your resume and email:  resumes@millcroftgolfclub.ca   *Preference will be given to those that are at least 18 yrs. old with a full G licence to drive our power carts in any of the various roles we offer, and with golf interest/experience/knowledge of the game.  Although we do not offer a beverage cart for our 9-hole course, if you are interested in working in our snack/bbq hut, please note that you will still need to be “Smart Served” to serve alcohol. 

Marshals/starters will be required to obtain their “Smart Serve” certification that the club will assist you with obtaining.  Starters/Marshals will choose the same day/time each week for their shift(s) and if we do not have an open position for you, we do offer a “spare” list to be part of and shifts can be filled in as needed.   Volunteer hours will be traded off in exchange for golf & carts.  Other arrangements can be discussed for compensation of hours..  If interested, please email resume to:  resumes@millcroftgolfclub.ca
